Millennium House Hire Charges

Prices inclusive of VAT at 20%. Pricing is by session (morning, afternoon, or evening), or by the hour. 

Hire Rates

  • Function Room (Emily Hobhouse Suite): £76 per morning/afternoon session; £100 per evening session.
  • Use of kitchen (adjoining function room): £30 per hire
  • Sports Hall: £75 per session, or £27.50 per hour.
  • Changing Rooms: £47 per session for adults, or £25 per session for youth.
  • Large Committee Room: £50 per session, or £21 per hour.
  • Small Committee Room: £41 per session, or £18 per hour.
  • Art and craft room: £50 per session, or £19 per hour.

Please note, if your booking is cancelled within 7 days of the event, a cancellation fee of £50 will be payable.  

Local organizations, charities, and St Ive / Pensilva residents are eligible for a discount – please enquire for further details.

An open WiFi network is available.

Children’s parties and christenings from £40 – contact us for a bespoke package and other events.

  • Flip chart with pad and pens: £12
  • Projector and screen: £25
  • Staging: £5 / sq metre, or free if assembled and dismantled by the hirer
